Q: How do I contact you? A: Please email us at email@example.com and make sure to include as much information as possible. It may take 72 business hours for a reply as we are closed weekends and holidays.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: we ship within 3-5 business days and USPS may take 5-10 business days to deliver. International shipping may take 1-3 months. Due to the pandemic it may take up to 10 business days to get a package scanned in before being in transit.
Q: My order shows delivered but it is not in my mail box, what do I do? A: You will need to contact your local USPS and ask for the GPS coordinates of your package being dropped off. 9/10 times USPS scans the package in 24 hours before delivery.
Q: My nail wraps keep falling off, what do I do? A: Make sure you are prepping correctly and not using oils, lotions or water for 3-4 hours after application.
Q: My package shows it has shipped but it has not updated, what do I do? A: USPS is in their busy season, on top of COVID so they may not always scan a package in. Please give your package a full 20 business days once you receive shipment notification to file a missing mail claim with USPS. All shipping labels may be created 24 hours before packages are dropped off and may take up to 10 business days or more to scan in.
Q: What happens if my package is returned to home office? A: If a package is returned to us due to our mistake while creating a label we will resend the package at no cost to you once it is back in our hands. If there was a mistake on your shipment address in your account we will ask that you cover the shipment charge to be reshipped once the package in back in our hands.
Q: What happens if my shipment address is incorrect but the order has already shipped? A: You will either need to call USPS to reroute the package to the correct address or if you know the tenants at the address you can ask them to hold the package for you.
